Whether you are working on regulating emotions, improving relationships, changing patterns of behavior, and/or accepting yourself right where you are, starting (or re-starting) therapy is a great first step. Our sessions will be a non-judgmental space where you can gain the perspective you need to move forward effectively.
I primarily use Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based approach to regulating emotions, tolerating distress and being interpersonally effective.
