Hi there. I’m a therapist based in Los Angeles. I see clients in person and on zoom. I am currently accepting new clients.

A few questions new clients commonly ask me:

What do you enjoy about this work? I like working with clients to build a life that is in line with what you value most. I create a non-judgmental space that supports an open, expansive attitude toward you and your life.

What type of therapy do you practice? I incorporate different therapeutic approaches into my practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion and Somatic Experiencing.

Who do you work with? I work with a diverse range of clients, including those who are facing difficult life transitions, want to work on changing old patterns of behavior, hope to improve their relationships, and/or struggle with self-judgment or feeling like they are not enough.

Education & Training
